So my question is: how do I unlock these settings? Further, how do I do this across the whole system? (without having to track down the appropriate lines in the group policies for each one)
It doesn't seem like Windows 10 respects the group policy settings properly.
the setting to control whether a password is required after wake-up - this remains unavailableĮven after changing the appropriate group policy setting. I have tried going into the group policy editor (gpedit.msc) and finding the appropriate policies to enable/disable, but this only works some of the time. This is my own personal machine - I am the administrator, there are no other users, and I never restricted access to these settings (I only upgraded a few days ago and did not have these issues under 8.1). Namely I can't change some of my own system settings.
